When attending business talks and events, we found that there were often more insights to be gained from the people in the room – rather than the person on the stage. So, we started bringing business leaders together to share their approaches and experiences with each other, resulting in business development growth and ultimately bottom line results.
We've run successful events for business leaders in London, and now we're bringing the 'Leadership Circle' to London specifically for leaders in sales.
The agenda is set by you – to ensure it is a valuable use of your time. Present your challenges and questions in advance or on the day, and draw on the practical ‘real-world’ expertise of other experienced and successful sales leaders.
You will:
- Exchange ideas, experiences, insights and perspectives on a range of issues and opportunities
- Build relationships with people in a similar role to you facing similar challenges
- Be a part of a small group of leaders who are committed to improving themselves, their teams and their organisations

Do I have to attend all three dates?
We run three sessions per group of leaders throughout the year so that there is an opportunity to establish and effective working environment, build trusted relationships, and feedback on progress. We ask that you commit to all three dates – but if you cannot make one or more of the dates, please let us know.
Why do I have to apply?
Our experience tells us this only works when we have an engaged network of men and women who are committed to supporting each other – and this means that we have to consider the dynamic of the group. Send us your details using the above form – and we will get in touch to get a good understanding of your objectives and whether they are aligned with the group.
How much does it cost?
Positive Change Partners Ltd is hosting this event at no charge to the attendees for the event.
